Paula Weaver
Office Manager - 4 years
Paula handles all aspects of the Daily Office
Procedures;
She coordinates not only with Billy Sr., but
also with Herbert Sanders, the General Manager, and Estimators on Roofing
Proposals and repairs. Handles payables,
receivables, maintenance scheduling, and
payroll
functions.
Herbert Sanders - Vice
President
Herbert has been with Stanick since 1972. He has rose
up through the ranks from roofer, to foreman,
to supervisor, to General Manager. We are proud to have
him now as our Vice President.
Tommy Myers
Maintenance
Supervisor for 7 years
Roof Maintenance Supervisor of the Roof
Maintenance crew. Tommy has experience as a job
superintendent, Frame & Trim Carpenter/Cabinet maker.
Tommy has been with Stanick for 7 years handling all
aspects of the Roof Maintenance Dept including
estimating and Repairs.
Kimberly Kelly
Office Secretary/Receptionist - Kimberly has
been with us for 10 years - Handles all incoming calls,
handles quotations on roof leaks and distributes
accordingly.

Sheet Metal Shop Foreman
Has been working with Stanick for 9 years.
Randy Windham
Randy came to
us with 10 experience in the field
of Built-up Roofs, EPDM, and Modified Torch Down Roofs. Randy started
with Stanick Sheet Metal in 1989 as a Roofing Foreman.
Randy was Promoted to an Outside Roof Estimator 10 years
ago.
Todd Iriel
Roofing and Metal
Estimator
He is also the Sheet Metal Shop Supervisor.
Todd has
been with Stanick Sheet Metal for 15 years.
Todd is very knowledgeable in restoring
Historical Roofs, etc. You can check out

Tina Kelly
Maintenance
Sales Rep for Stanick Roofing Inc.
Tina is in the maintenance sales department, and
she also helps Paula with the boxing program at
White Rock Boxing. Tina came to work in 2007.
Troy Mercer
Troy Mercer
– Sheet Metal Shop Layout Man – Troy came to
Stanick Sheet Metal & Roofing in August 2007. He
was hired to work in the shop and learn sheet
metal layout. Troy has picked up fast and he has
learned how to lay out a square to round, 3 and
4 piece round Ells. He has learned the Ross
Folder ( a computerized break). Billy is proud
of how well Troy has picked up Sheet Metal
Layout. He will be an asset to our company.
