Zion Canaan Baptist Church, 7820 Farrow Road, Columbia, SC Steeple removal -Project supervisor: Todd Iriel -Date: April 5, 2011 During a tremendous thunderstorm and heavy winds, this steeple broke in half. We found that it was only being held up by a lightning rod wire. For now we have picked up the steeple and set it on the ground. This situation can come about when improper installation has taken place. Stanick Sheet Metal & Roofing Co., Inc. has completed many steeple repairs, refurbishments and installations.
